The surf crowd has a ball in Búzios. The best waves are on the right corner of Geribá beach, a meeting point for the gilded youth and home to state and national championships.

The left corner, with small formations, is dominated by beginners, who have the support of surfing schools for all ages.

The strong waves of Brava beach also attract surfers. In Tucuns, there are good formations but it’s important to pay attention to the currents.
